After 30 years in the wellness industry, helping others live healthier lives, I had a personal realization that changed everything:

I never forget to give my dog his vitamins or treats… but I am constantly forgetting my own.

That moment struck me deeply. I realized that caring for my dog came naturally, but caring for myself sometimes took a back seat. And I knew I wasn’t alone.

That’s how Wellness Warriors was born.
